hallgren	c6c9b994d2	minibar: word-for-word replacements: use concrete syntax for replacement words when possible ... Instead of showing the name of a function in the abstract syntax, linearize it and show the result. For functions with argument, e.g. That : Kind -> Item, the function is applied to the right number of placeholder arguments: 'That ?'. hallgren	44d1a5a9f7	Improvements of "gf -server" mode and related setup ... "gf -server" mode now contains everything needed to run the minibar and the grammar editor (including example-based grammar writing). The Setup.hs script installs the required files where gf -server can find them. These files have been moved to a new directory: src/www.
