* (gf2ud) add ConsNP "," rule
- use CCONJ instead of CONJ

* (gf2ud) dobj -> obj (ud 2 -> ud 1)
- clean up whitespace

- comma exists in SSubjS, not SubjS
- add local rule for comma in VocNP
