5fd6e101af feat: More completion things 
- Further configure Orderless
  - Configure Orderless dispatch stuff
- Further configure Vertico
- Add & configure Embark
  - Integrate w/ which-key
- Move General into its own feature (syd-general), for easy import by other
  modules.
