This library is almost entirely poached from Doom Emacs. Taming various ill-behaved packages is not something I want to hack myself.

* My changes

- Remove uses of Doom's libraries, e.g. ~defadvice!~, ~after!~, ...
- Substitute ~+popup-«name»~ for ~doom-popup-«name»~.
- Prepend MIT license to each stolen file (as Doom is MIT-licensed).
