runtime/javascript: use a grammar.js with two langauges

grammar.js contained only one langauge: FoodsEng. Now it contains
FoodsEng and FoodsIta, similar to what's shown in the gf-tutorial.
The grammar comes from gf-contrib/tutorial/foods.
