DictionaryEng: removed some uses of the token "IRREG" but then stopped and added a comment; don't know what it is supposed to mean. Also changed who_N from "who" to "WHO" but again, don't know what who_N is supposed to mean. But it now creates hilarious translations of "who's who", treated as a statement about WHO...
